General Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Reef Holding is seeking an experienced General Manager – Real Estate to lead the strategy, development and management of its growing property portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The role will drive site selection, construction, leasing and asset performance to support the company’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s real‑estate strategy to support business expansion and maximise ROI.
• Lead the management and optimisation of the real‑estate portfolio, identifying growth and value‑creation opportunities.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, market analysis and financial evaluations for new commercial locations.
• Negotiate lease agreements and commercial terms with landlords, developers and strategic partners.
• Manage construction and fit‑out projects from concept to operational launch, ensuring brand‑aligned design and adherence to schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with municipal, civil‑defence and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, marketing and other functions to ensure successful branch openings.
• Develop centralized databases for assets, contracts and project tracking to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Lead and develop the real‑estate team, consultants and contractors, and prepare executive reports on asset performance and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
