About the role
We are seeking a Guest Service Officer to join our front office team. The role focuses on supporting the reception area within the Rooms Division and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
