Hard Services Supervisor

About the role

The Hard Services Supervisor oversees all maintenance activities within a residential compound, ensuring facilities run efficiently, assets are preserved, and residents receive high‑quality service. This role aligns with Azure’s standards and policies while managing a diverse team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general works.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Receive, track, and resolve maintenance requests from management or residents.
• Ensure all systems (elevators, electrical, HVAC, pumps, lighting) remain fully operational.
• Coordinate with external contractors and monitor work quality.
• Prepare regular reports on activities, recurring issues, and asset conditions.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and material usage while controlling costs.
• Recommend technical improvements to reduce breakdowns and boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance engineering or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential or real‑estate compounds.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
