Head of Brand & Enrollment Marketing

About the role

The Head of Brand & Enrollment Marketing will shape and execute Qureos' brand strategy across multiple international markets, driving enrolment growth and brand awareness. This founding‑level position offers the chance to build the marketing function from the ground up in a fast‑moving education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the institution’s brand identity, positioning and market competitiveness.
• Design and execute annual marketing plans and multi‑channel campaign calendars aligned with enrolment and revenue targets.
• Own digital lead‑generation initiatives, website stewardship and overall digital presence.
• Collaborate with student recruitment, admissions and academic leadership to create conversion‑focused messaging.
• Manage relationships with external media, marketing and recruitment vendors.
• Develop and control the marketing budget, reporting on ROI, campaign performance and recruitment outcomes.
• Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through reporting automation, analytics and optimisation.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team as the function scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in B2C digital‑first growth strategies and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience launching and scaling brands in competitive markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align cross‑functional teams.
