Head of Corporate Performance & Strategy

About the role

The Head of Corporate Performance & Strategy will lead the performance management and strategy function, ensuring that company objectives are translated into measurable KPIs, cascaded throughout the organization, monitored continuously, and reported to the CEO, Board, and executive team. This role is pivotal for aligning strategic priorities with day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the corporate performance management framework and lead the annual and in‑year KPI cycle.
• Translate CEO and Board objectives into measurable KPIs and targets, cascading them through N‑1 levels.
• Monitor corporate performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead the year‑end corporate performance review and prepare Board‑level reporting.
• Develop scenario analysis and management insights to support CEO decision‑making.
• Own OKR governance, ensuring consistency of objectives and key results.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, HR, and business functions to validate performance data.

Required profile

• 9–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, performance management, FP&A, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and cascading KPI frameworks across large organizations.
• Board and C‑suite reporting exposure; listed‑company experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and executive communication capabilities.
