Head of eCommerce – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Head of eCommerce will lead the transformation of our online business in Saudi Arabia, defining growth strategies and building a future‑proof omnichannel organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to drive profitable sales, improve operational efficiency, and expand our presence across emerging digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the e‑commerce transformation journey, identifying new and emerging sales channels.
• Lead customer segmentation, process re‑engineering, and implementation of robust review mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, supply chain, finance and sales teams to align promotional, assortment and pricing strategies.
• Analyze MIS data to generate insights, drive UV, CVR, AOV and loyalty improvements.
• Provide thought leadership on omnichannel commerce and ensure full‑funnel integration.
• Manage relationships with top online retailers, marketplaces and brick‑and‑mortar brands with e‑commerce operations.
• Oversee budget tracking, pilot testing, and achievement of sales, profit and market‑share targets.
• Drive e‑commerce upskilling across the organization and ensure timely product listings.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in e‑commerce strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian digital retail landscape.
• Track record of delivering profitable growth and operational efficiencies.
