Head of Financial Planning & Analysis – Airport

About the role

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will join the Finance Leadership Team at daa International, supporting the CFO in shaping financial strategy for the Red Sea International Airport. This senior position drives performance management, long‑term planning and provides the financial insight needed for executive and board‑level decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and multi‑year financial planning across the organization.
• Translate strategic objectives into integrated financial plans, scenario analyses and long‑term forecasts.
• Provide forward‑looking financial insights to support executive and board decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership, operations and commercial teams to improve revenue, profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards and executive performance visibility.
• Develop, review and govern business cases for strategic initiatives, capital investments and new projects.
• Apply financial evaluation methods such as ROI, IRR, NPV and payback analysis.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support workforce planning and cost‑management initiatives in partnership with HR.
• Act as Deputy CFO when required and drive finance governance, policy development and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis and budgeting, preferably within a large, complex organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present financial insights to executive leadership.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to develop finance talent.
