Head of Marketing – Group-wide Leadership Role

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the corporate marketing function for a Riyadh‑based holding group, shaping and executing a unified marketing, brand and communications strategy across a diversified portfolio of businesses. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on guidance for subsidiary marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide marketing, brand and communications strategy aligned with long‑term growth objectives.
• Strengthen the holding company’s corporate brand, market positioning and reputation.
• Establish brand architecture and governance, ensuring consistent identity, messaging and visual standards across all subsidiaries.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate corporate priorities into effective marketing programmes.
• Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting and performance measurement for the entire group.
• Oversee corporate communications, public relations, media engagement and executive profiling.
• Manage creation of corporate content such as profiles, presentations, websites and digital campaigns.
• Develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, events, partnerships and traditional media.
• Support marketing and positioning of new ventures, investments, partnerships and business launches.
• Collaborate with commercial and business‑development teams to identify market opportunities and drive revenue‑generating campaigns.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in corporate marketing within a multi‑business environment.
• Proven ability to work closely with executive teams and subsidiary heads.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
