About the role
The Head of Middle East will lead regional growth for a leading UK professional body across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This senior position reports to the global leadership team and oversees the Saudi branch office.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver regional strategy to grow presence, membership and revenue.
- Build partnerships with employers, government, regulators and universities.
- Manage key accounts and C‑suite relationships.
- Represent the organisation at events and official meetings.
- Manage budgets, KPIs and revenue targets.
- Act as General Manager of the Saudi branch office.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Significant business development, partnerships or regional management experience.
- Strong Saudi market knowledge; UAE or wider Middle East experience.
- Proven B2B or consultative sales experience.
- Established regional network and strong commercial awareness.
- Desirable background in professional bodies, actuarial, insurance or financial services.
