Health & Safety Officer – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Health & Safety Officer to join our Riyadh office. You will develop, implement and maintain comprehensive safety programs that protect our workforce and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies, procedures and programs in line with Saudi labor regulations and ISO 45001.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard assessments and risk analyses, recommending corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, document findings and drive preventive measures.
• Organise and deliver safety training, inductions and refresher sessions for new and existing staff.
• Maintain accurate safety records, documentation and reports for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to ensure consistent application of safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience (entry‑level candidates considered).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian workplace safety regulations and international standards such as ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all departments.
• First‑aid and CPR certification is required.
