Healthcare Quality Manager

About the role

Dar Al Shefa Hospital in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Healthcare Quality Manager to lead its Quality Management and Patient Safety division. The role centres on strict compliance with national and international healthcare accreditation frameworks while driving continuous clinical and operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accreditation readiness programmes and regulatory surveys for CBAHI and JCI compliance
• Design, implement and evaluate hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols and safety programmes
• Monitor operational KPIs, run Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and direct clinical risk audits
• Train and mentor clinical and administrative staff on quality assurance practices and standards
• Enforce adherence to healthcare regulations across all departments to optimise patient outcomes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare management or quality management; a Master's or CPHQ certification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of hospital quality management experience, including a proven record of securing CBAHI and/or JCI accreditation
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
