Hostess (Saudi National) – Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Hostess to join our Guest Service team at a luxury resort on Ummahat Island, Red Sea. As the first point of contact for diners, you will help create memorable experiences by welcoming guests, managing seating, and supporting smooth service throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm first impression.
• Communicate guest needs and seating arrangements to the kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including table settings and service stations.
• Assist with menu presentation, answer basic queries, and support guests during their meal.
• Follow health, safety, and company standards, including proper uniform and personal appearance.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Saudi national as specified.
