About the role

The HR Business Partner (Generalist) is a strategic people‑operations role that partners with business leaders to drive results while staying close to employees at all levels. Based in Riyadh, this individual contributor position supports Amazon’s Customer Fulfilment business across Saudi Arabia, focusing on employee experience, talent development, and organizational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead country‑wide feedback strategies, including data reviews, roundtables, and pulse surveys.
• Navigate complex employee situations, balancing advocacy, compliance, and business impact.
• Implement recognition programs and champion inclusion and belonging initiatives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on sensitive people issues and complex decision‑making.
• Use data analytics to inform people decisions and identify root causes of organizational issues.
• Support organizational change, transformation initiatives, and standard‑work excellence.
• Escalate structural, cultural, or systemic risks affecting the employee population.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an international, fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law.
• Experience in call‑center, distribution‑center, or manufacturing settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
