About the role

The HR Consulting Manager will lead consulting engagements for external clients, delivering strategic people solutions that drive organisational transformation and improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR consulting engagements for external clients, delivering strategic people solutions that drive organisational transformation and business performance.
• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
• Design and implement HR strategies, operating models, organization designs, workforce plans, talent management and succession frameworks.
• Oversee leadership assessment and development programmes, compensation and benefits structures, performance management systems and change‑management initiatives.
• Develop proposals and support business‑development activities to expand the consulting practice.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR consulting, management consulting or HR transformation projects.
• Background in a leading consulting firm (Big Four, Tier‑1/Tier‑2 or specialised HR consultancy).
• Proven track record of leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships.
• Strong project, stakeholder, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience in proposal development and business‑development support is highly preferred.
