HR Manager – Lead Human Resources Operations

About the role

Intaj Logistics Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the Human Resources function in Riyadh. You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Administer government HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.
• Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salary structures.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing or a similar operational industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
