HR Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

The HR Manager will lead all local human‑resources activities for our manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures compliance, drives talent acquisition, and supports a multicultural workforce aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end local recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Independently handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR risk mitigation.
• Maintain and analyze HR data, generating regular reports and insights.
• Coordinate with the Chinese management team on workforce planning, performance optimization, and personnel changes.
• Implement and enforce HR policies in alignment with both local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national; fluent in both Arabic and English.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Detail‑oriented, highly execution‑driven, with strong communication and cross‑cultural coordination skills.
