HR Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

Foodpeople is partnering with a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia to find an experienced HR Manager. The role focuses on shaping HR policies, fostering company culture, and driving employee development while ensuring compliance with Saudization regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for the Dammam office, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, employee services, payroll, and administration support.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on performance management and manpower planning.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies on strategic hiring initiatives.
• Manage visa processing, medical insurance, and travel arrangements for employees.
• Ensure timely execution of KSA payroll.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial HR role.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Eligibility limited to Saudi nationals as per Saudization rules.
