HR Operation Officer

About the role

The HR Operation Officer will support Vallourec’s global workforce by ensuring smooth HR administration, accurate payroll inputs, and compliance with Saudi government portals. This role combines employee record management, attendance oversight, insurance coordination, and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employee letters, maintain physical and electronic files, and ensure document compliance.
• Manage new‑joiner registration in the Bio‑time system, generate weekly timesheets, and review overtime entries.
• Handle medical and life‑insurance enrollment, claims, and serve as the employee point of contact.
• Administer government portals: Qiwa (contracts, training records), GOSI (employee list, monthly invoice), and Mudad (monthly WPS upload).
• Provide backup for payroll processing, validate attendance, overtime and deduction data, and ensure data accuracy before finalization.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and feedback surveys.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR, payroll, accounting, SAP or HR systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi government portals and HR administration.
