HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will manage full‑cycle human resources operations for the China Enterprise's Riyadh project office. This role supports both local Saudi staff and dispatched Chinese employees, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, perform background checks, and manage onboarding for local and Chinese staff.
• Handle onboarding, probation, transfers, resignations, contract renewals, and maintain comprehensive personnel files.
• Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift scheduling, leave and overtime approvals, and generate monthly attendance reports.
• Implement performance evaluation processes, aggregate results, and provide feedback to optimize incentive mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, manage social insurance, work permits, visa requirements, and mitigate employment risks.
• Facilitate employee relations, conflict resolution, and organize team‑building and cultural activities.
• Prepare HR ledgers, personnel movement reports, and coordinate with headquarters to align policies.
• Perform additional HR‑related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor legislation and local employment practices.
• Ability to manage HR processes for both local and expatriate staff.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
