HR Specialist – Tamheer

About the role

This position offers fresh graduates a hands‑on introduction to Human Resources within a fast‑moving digital telecom environment. As an HR Specialist on the Tamheer program, you will support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee services while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and other administrative correspondence.
• Maintain HR databases, personnel files, attendance tracking, and leave administration while preserving confidentiality.
• Help with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication with applicants.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and keep applicant records up to date.
• Support orientation and documentation for new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program through the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Bilingual Arabic & English preferred.
