HR Tamheer Trainee – Learning & Development

About the role

The HR Tamheer Trainee – Training & Development will support the Learning & Development team in planning, coordinating, and administering employee training programs. This position provides practical experience in training operations, employee development initiatives, and learning administration while contributing to organizational learning and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal and external training programs.
• Support training scheduling, logistics, and communication with employees and trainers.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
• Maintain and update training records and learning databases.
• Track employee training completion and prepare progress reports.
• Help identify training needs and collect employee feedback.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Coordinate learning events, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Generate reports and analyze training data using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure all training documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the HR or T&D Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for employee learning and professional development.
