Sr. HR Business Partner

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company, a joint‑venture consulting firm supporting high‑impact projects, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business priorities. In this role you will guide leaders through organizational needs, strengthen performance and build long‑term capability across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
• Influence senior stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people‑related matters.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management.
• Provide HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in complex organizations.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
