Senior HRSD Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior HRSD Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving HR service delivery processes and technology solutions to support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for HRSD transformation, implementation, and enhancement projects.
• Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis between business requirements and HRSD platform capabilities.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and HR policies.
• Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT with HR users.
• Support solution deployment, go‑live, hypercare, and post‑production enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR Service Delivery, and HR technology.
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and translating requirements into functional specifications.
• Ability to work effectively across HR, IT, and external implementation partners.
