HRS Specialist

About the role

The HRS Specialist will support Saudi Telecom Company’s Human Resources function by managing daily HR operations, coordinating training programs, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role bridges operational execution with strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis at organizational, division and individual levels.
• Maintain and circulate the corporate training calendar.
• Provide information on training course availability and act as point of contact for participants.
• Organise internal training sessions, manage participant lists and distribute training materials.
• Assist in developing on‑the‑job training techniques to promote experiential learning.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations within the assigned scope, ensuring process accuracy.
• Resolve escalated queries from HR surveys and forward complex issues to senior staff.
• Research best practices and propose continuous improvement ideas for HR policies.
• Support payment procedures for outsourced work and report budget status regularly.
• Review technical HR reports promptly and recommend process enhancements.
• Liaise with other supervisors to build effective working relationships and identify synergies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Professional certification in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Design, Total Rewards, HRBP or Change Management.
• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
