About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our organization across talent acquisition, learning, employee engagement, performance management, and strategic HR partnering. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with managers to drive people initiatives that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and manage onboarding for a seamless candidate experience.
• Identify training needs, design learning programs, and monitor their effectiveness to support career development.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and reward programs while analyzing survey results to implement action plans.
• Support the performance management cycle, coach managers, and identify high‑potential talent for succession planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with objectives, and providing analytics for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven experience onboarding new employees and handling core HR tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
