Human Resources Manager – Dammam Branch

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for our Dammam manufacturing site, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and driving effective people management across the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the local HR team.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Administer government portals such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and WPS.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support Saudization and workforce nationalization initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll and maintain HR documentation.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading an HR team.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related government portals.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (Master’s preferred).
