Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Jeddah. You will be responsible for driving recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee performance management cycles and employee relations initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS data, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
• Design and deliver training programs and support organizational development projects.
• Lead change‑management efforts as the company scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• Previous HR management experience in aviation or a service‑oriented industry.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or Somali knowledge beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities with a high level of confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Hands‑on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee‑relations expertise.
