Human Resources Operations Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring accurate payroll, compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and seamless employee services. This role is pivotal for maintaining data integrity, regulatory adherence, and timely payroll execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contract issuance, resignations, terminations, and exit procedures.
• Control personnel documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, probation confirmations, and official letters.
• Oversee timesheet and attendance administration, integrating data into payroll processing.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll, ensuring correct calculations for GOSI, EOSB, leave encashment, and deductions.
• Coordinate payroll reconciliation with Finance and guarantee timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory reporting (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad).
• Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll, contracts, leave balances, and benefits.
• Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) targets and workforce nationality ratios.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage payroll, employee documentation, and compliance processes.
• Experience handling statutory reporting for GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad.
• Attention to confidentiality and accurate record‑keeping.
