Human Resources Specialist – Payroll & Oracle Fusion

About the role

The HR Specialist – Payroll & Oracle Fusion ensures accurate, timely payroll processing while maintaining employee records within Oracle Fusion HCM. Working closely with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders, the role guarantees compliance with company policies and labor regulations and seeks continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, validating attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions and final settlements.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary payments.
• Resolve payroll‑related inquiries from employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Oracle Fusion HCM, handling onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations.
• Support payroll configuration, HR system updates, testing, upgrades and new functionality implementations.
• Generate HR and payroll reports, analyze workforce data and assist with HR projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, especially Payroll and Core HR modules.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and labor regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
