Human Resources Talent Coach (HR Supervisor)

About the role

The Human Resources Talent Coach supports the HR team by monitoring employee relations, ensuring compliance in recruitment, and assisting management with HR issues. This full‑time position is based in Riyadh and works closely with the leadership team to maintain a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and resolving employee relations issues, providing follow‑up and reporting to HR management.
• Support management and leadership in handling HR matters, including counseling, discipline, and motivation.
• Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with local laws, company policies, and standards.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Disseminate information on employer‑employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Help coordinate logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional telephone etiquette.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and welcome guests according to company standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related HR work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
