Instock Manager – Amazon Now (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Join Amazon's MENA A‑Now team as an Instock Manager and help build a new grocery‑related business from the ground up. You will own inventory health, work closely with cross‑functional partners, and drive data‑based decisions in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy, and stock‑level optimization.
• Develop and maintain inventory control processes, monitoring shrinkage and damage.
• Analyze historical data to create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities.
• Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement to align planning and execution.
• Escalate and resolve inventory‑related issues across the network.
• Lead projects to improve in‑stock performance and implement SOPs.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, engineering, computer science).
• Proven ability to work with complex data sets and deliver concise, analytical documentation.
