Inventory Officer

About the role

The Inventory Officer will support daily warehouse and inventory operations at Floward, ensuring accurate stock records, proper receipt and dispatch of items, and timely reporting. This position plays a key part in preventing discrepancies, maintaining availability of fast‑moving products, and enabling smooth supply‑chain flow.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, product codes, and system entries.
• Support reconciliation of work orders and track inbound/outbound orders to avoid overstock or stock‑outs.
• Assist in receiving incoming items, verify quantities and quality, and check date‑sensitive products for expiration.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock balance and stagnancy reports and track basic KPIs such as stock accuracy and returns.
• Follow standard inventory and warehouse procedures, ensure safety compliance, and assist with claims for defective or returned products.
• Provide cross‑functional support to Category, Sales, and Procurement teams for product availability and order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
