Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

The Investor Relations Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman, bridging the company and its investor community. You will ensure clear, strategic communication of the firm’s vision, financial performance, and growth opportunities, while supporting high‑level decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the Chairman with regular updates on market trends, shareholder feedback and investor sentiment.
• Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports, investor presentations and performance summaries.
• Manage relationships with institutional and high‑net‑worth investors, coordinating meetings, roadshows and conferences.
• Collaborate with finance to guarantee accuracy of disclosures and align communications with Saudi CMA and Tadawul regulations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to supply actionable insights for strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis or corporate communications.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, market trends and Saudi regulatory environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Arabic.
