IT Capacity Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Link Group is seeking an experienced IT Capacity Manager to optimise capacity across workforce, infrastructure, software licences, cloud services and managed services. The role focuses on capacity planning, forecasting, demand validation, utilisation analysis and resource optimisation to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity baselines, forecasts and utilisation metrics for short‑, medium‑ and long‑term horizons.
• Assess demand versus available capacity, identify gaps, dependencies and constraints.
• Monitor and optimise workforce, infrastructure, cloud resources, software licences and managed services.
• Manage software licence entitlements, consumption tracking and compliance.
• Lead quarterly capacity review meetings and drive re‑planning actions.
• Produce capacity reports, dashboards and executive recommendations.
• Consolidate data from IT teams, CMDB, internal systems and external service providers.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, HR and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT capacity management, capacity planning, technology operations or IT asset management.
• Proven ability in capacity forecasting, utilisation analysis, demand‑capacity management and scenario planning.
• Experience in at least one capacity domain such as infrastructure, workforce planning, cloud, software licensing or managed services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
