IT Solutions Sales – Business Development for Banking & Insurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Solutions Sales professional to drive growth in the banking and insurance sectors across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on selling digital transformation, core banking, and staff augmentation services to major financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate major banks and insurance firms.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor for key financial services accounts, identifying pain points in IT infrastructure, application development, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the sale of IT outsourcing services, including digital transformation (cloud, big data, AI), core banking support, and staff augmentation.
• Maintain and deepen long‑term relationships with senior management from technology to procurement.
• Manage high‑value RFP responses, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven experience in IT business development or sales, targeting finance, government, or oil & gas sectors.
• Strong network of decision‑makers in the local banking and insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of digital banking trends, legacy system modernization, and local regulatory compliance (PDPA, BoT IT Risk Management).
• Track record of closing complex IT outsourcing deals with long sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
