About the role
We are seeking a motivated IT Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer program. This role is designed for fresh graduates eager to gain practical experience and develop technical skills in a professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting.
- Support employees with basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist with laptop and system setup for new employees.
- Support user access and account-related requests.
- Assist with IT inventory and equipment tracking.
- Help the IT team with daily operations and ongoing projects.
- Escalate technical issues to the relevant team when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer program.
- Fresh graduate with an interest in IT and technical support.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good command of English.
