Key Account Manager – End Customer

About the role

Axis Communications is looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead sales for large end‑customer accounts in Saudi Arabia. Based remotely in Al Khobar, you will develop and execute business plans, drive revenue, and deepen relationships across Axis product and solution lines.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned end‑customer accounts.
• Create and implement strategic business plans for existing and new large customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Post‑sales Support to deliver a 360° customer experience.
• Identify key stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and influence decision‑making.
• Represent Axis at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to raise brand awareness and uncover opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account information and activity logs in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in high‑value solution sales, preferably in security, surveillance, or IT.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Saudi Arabia and occasional international trips.
