About the role

The Kids For All Seasons Supervisor leads the KFAS team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA, creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children. This onsite position blends hospitality excellence with a passion for child‑focused programming.

Key responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and train KFAS Attendants.
Plan and oversee daily children’s activities, games, and educational programs.
Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children at all times.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding schedules and any concerns.
Maintain activity areas, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition.

Required profile

Proven experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality.
Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
Warm, approachable, and engaging personality.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
