Kindergarten Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood team in Riyadh. The role involves delivering a balanced curriculum that nurtures physical, mental, and social development for children aged 4 to 6.

Key responsibilities

• Teach basic natural and social sciences, personal hygiene, art, and literature.
• Organise and supervise field trips, group discussions, and dramatic play to stimulate curiosity.
• Promote cooperative behavior through games and collaborative projects.
• Guide children in personal cleanliness and self‑care practices.
• Balance active periods with rest to prevent overstimulation.
• Observe pupils for health or emotional concerns and assess progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student development and any issues.

Required profile

• Familiarity with child development theories and early childhood education practices.
• Awareness of safe play activities and ability to implement first‑aid and emergency procedures.
• Strong analytical ability to notice abnormal behaviours through observation.
• Effective conflict‑resolution and stress‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Good time‑management and decision‑making capabilities.
