Kitchen Technician

About the role

As a Kitchen Technician at Miraval The Red Sea, you will be responsible for maintaining the back‑of‑house area, ensuring that all kitchen and laundry equipment operates efficiently and safely. You will work closely with engineering management to execute maintenance tasks and support guest comfort throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Monitor system controls to improve energy efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns.
• Record equipment status, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, proper condition.
• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
• Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned by engineering leadership.

Required profile

• Previous experience repairing kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Relevant technical certification or licence preferred.
• Boiler maintenance experience.
• Basic English proficiency; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
