Laser Technician

About the role

Opal Medical Group is seeking a full‑time Laser Technician to join its multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. You will deliver laser hair removal and related aesthetic procedures while ensuring safety, quality, and a positive patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment areas and operate laser equipment according to clinic protocols.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and document procedures accurately in patient records.
• Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care.
• Maintain equipment hygiene, functionality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to uphold high service standards.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service throughout the patient journey.

Required profile

• Practical experience in hair removal and laser hair removal.
• Technical competence in operating laser devices with strong safety awareness.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, clear communication, and empathy.
• Relevant certification or training in laser aesthetics or dermatology‑related procedures (preferred).
• Experience in a clinical or medical‑spa environment (beneficial).
• Knowledge of health, safety, and infection‑control standards for laser treatments.
• Ability to follow medical protocols, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
