Lead Events

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a dynamic Lead Events professional to own its global events portfolio. You will design and execute high‑impact events that reinforce the airline’s premium brand and support commercial, marketing and corporate objectives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement event strategies for large‑scale international exhibitions, route launches, sponsorship activations and executive engagements.
• Lead end‑to‑end event delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget and meet Riyadh Air’s quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, Brand, Corporate Affairs and airport partners.
• Manage agency and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and oversee budget ownership.
• Measure event performance, ROI and use data insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Establish governance, delivery standards and introduce innovative tools for scalable execution.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with at least 5 years of experience in event management, brand activations or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale international events and handling complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong expertise in agency and supplier management, budget control and premium brand stewardship.
• Experience in aviation, tourism, hospitality, luxury brands or similar high‑visibility sectors is a plus.
