Learning & Development Trainer – Cleaning & Housekeeping

About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Trainer to raise the performance of cleaning and housekeeping teams across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact training that drives operational excellence and compliance with hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging onboarding and refresher sessions for cleaning and housekeeping staff.
• Train teams on best‑practice cleaning techniques, proper equipment usage, and safety procedures.
• Create training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hands‑on practical workshops.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, infection‑control, and hygiene regulations.
• Assess staff competency, identify skill gaps, and recommend development plans.
• Support site mobilizations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience delivering training in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility‑management environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Proven experience working with multicultural teams.
• Train‑the‑Trainer certification is a plus.
