Legal Admin / Paralegal (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Cloudera is looking for a Legal Admin/Paralegal to join its global legal team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role supports the Deputy General Counsel and SVP of Legal and works across multiple business areas, handling administrative, operational and contract‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send legal documents using DocuSign, organize meetings and maintain filing systems for contracts and other legal materials.
• Research legal issues and provide concise summaries to the legal team.
• Assist in reviewing and negotiating NDAs, order forms, statements of work and other commercial agreements.
• Support cross‑functional projects such as invoice verification, contract repository management, process‑improvement initiatives and legal training events.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, including the use of AI tools within the legal function.

Required profile

• Degree in law, business or a related field.
• Previous experience as a legal administrator or paralegal is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with teams across regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DocuSign for electronic signatures.
