Legal Advisor – Corporate & Regulatory Affairs

About the role

Solutions Valley, a power service company and subsidiary of SEC Group, is seeking a Legal Advisor to lead its legal, regulatory, and corporate affairs. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with finance, operations, and HR to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s legal, regulatory, and corporate affairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Identify risk areas and opportunities, implementing appropriate changes.
• Develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Provide legal advice and support across the company.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align legal matters with business goals.
• Lead crisis management and business continuity planning.
• Handle board‑related legal and governance tasks, including review of resolutions and minutes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in legal and regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in law (required); JD preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
