About the role
The Legal Advisor will serve as the primary legal point of contact for the Company in Saudi Arabia, delivering professional advice, managing contracts, and protecting the Company’s legal interests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to management on Saudi operations, interpret applicable laws and regulations, and deliver commercially practical recommendations.
- Draft, review, revise, negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with Saudi law and company standards.
- Represent the Company before Saudi courts, manage litigation, disputes and claims, and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, and advise on compliance actions.
- Support corporate governance matters and coordinate material legal issues with the Global Legal Function in Switzerland.
Required profile
- Legal qualification recognized in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience advising businesses on Saudi law, contracts and litigation.
- Ability to assess legal risks and provide clear, commercial recommendations.
