Legal Advisor – Saudi Qualified Lawyer (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Saudi‑qualified lawyer to lead legal and compliance matters for our Riyadh operations. The role serves as the primary legal point of contact in Saudi Arabia, working closely with our global legal team based in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company before Saudi courts and relevant judicial committees.
• Manage litigation cases, dispute resolution and settlements.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in line with Saudi regulations and company standards.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi regulatory authorities such as ZATKA, MOC, MISA and others.
• Advise management on corporate, commercial and labor law matters.
• Coordinate local legal matters with the global legal function.

Required profile

• Licensed Saudi lawyer with a valid Ministry of Justice license.
• 5‑7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law with litigation exposure in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Law, Civil Transactions Law and Saudi Labor Law.
• Fluent in Arabic with professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of local legal matters.
