Legal Specialist – Corporate Legal Support

About the role

The Legal Specialist will provide comprehensive legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and mitigating legal risks. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to protect the company’s interests across a range of business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on diverse matters.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments.
• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare legal opinions, reports, and recommendations.
• Identify potential legal risks in business transactions.
• Maintain legal documentation and records.
• Assist in handling disputes, claims, and legal proceedings when required.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and government authorities as needed.
• Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in legal practice, corporate legal affairs, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
