About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Lifeguard and help create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring a safe and clean pool environment. You will be the front‑line guardian of swimmer safety while delivering the warm, welcoming service Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area.
Enforce pool rules and safe swimming practices.
Inspect facilities for cleanliness and perform general pool cleaning and maintenance throughout the shift.
Respond to emergencies by following the established action plan and procedures.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
