Logistics Coordinator – Chinese Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator who is fluent in Chinese and English to support our fast‑paced logistics operations in Riyadh. The role involves managing customs clearance records, shipment documentation, and coordinating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Update customs clearance and customer delivery records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and delivery records.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Support daily logistics activities and ensure data accuracy in company systems.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Chinese and English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn new systems, portals, and software.
• Knowledge of TMS, ERP, and Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
